1. Veggie Chef Salad (Gluten-free option)- Vegetables and Cheese - crisp lettuce, tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, cucumbers, carrots, avocado, shredded cheddar, and mozzarella cheeses. Includes chips, fresh fruit, and assorted dressings.
2. Mandarin Chicken Salad - Asian marinated chicken, crisp salad greens, mandarin oranges, candied almonds, toasted rice noodles, and poppy seed dressing. Served with dinner roll, butter, and dessert.
3. Turkey and Cheddar Sandwich (Gluten-free) - Thin sliced oven-roasted turkey breast, mild cheddar, red leaf lettuce, and sliced tomato on gluten-free bread. Served with chips and fresh fruit salad.
4. Sub Sandwich - 8" sub stacked with Genoa salami, baked ham, provolone cheese, sliced tomatoes, red onion, mild banana peppers, and shredded lettuce. Served with chips and a dessert.
5. Grilled Chicken Sandwich - Marinated grilled chicken breast, Provolone cheese, lemon basil aioli, red leaf lettuce, and sliced tomato. Served with chips and a dessert.
